We are hiring a Mechanical Construction Administration Engineer to join our West Coast team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated early-career professional to gain hands-on experience supporting construction-phase activities on exciting and impactful building projects.
*This role can sit in San Francisco, Seattle, or Los Angeles*

UCSF New Hospital at Parnassus Heights
Multiple state-of-the-art all-electric hospitals
SFO terminal upgrade
Refurbishment of the San Francisco Symphony
Confidential corporate campuses
Data centers across the U.S.
The Opportunity
Assist in reviewing RFIs and submittals with guidance from senior engineers.
Attend site visits and document job site observations.
Help coordinate responses from multidisciplinary design teams.
Support project teams in tracking construction progress and documentation.
Learn how to apply engineering design principles in field conditions.
Is this role right for you?
Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering or a construction-related field.
Familiarity with mechanical systems and basic construction processes.
Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to communicate effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management.
Professional Engineering (PE) license in the U.S.
LEED Accreditation or WELL Certification.

Hiring Range - The good faith base salary hiring range for this job if performed in San Francisco is $84,650 to $99,600 per year. This range is commensurate with experience, educational background, and skill level. Benefits are not included in the base salary. Please note hiring ranges for candidates performing work outside of San Francisco will differ.
