We are looking for a motivated Engineer to join our team, where you will develop key knowledge and skills to provide high-quality consultancy services in the façade engineering field. In this role, you will work on modelling, analytical research, and design tasks while advancing your expertise through a structured career development program. The Opportunity
- Contribute to project design works, including calculations, drawings, and engineering behaviour modelling.
- Supervise the testing and construction (fabrication, installation, and repair) of façade systems.
- Review technical submissions to ensure compliance with design intent and project requirements.
- Utilize and develop digital tools to improve the quality and efficiency of façade designs.
- Represent the team at internal/external meetings and support internal projects and activities.

Is this role right for you?
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a similar field.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in façade engineering and design.
- Membership (or significant progress toward membership) with IEM, BEM, ICE, IStructE, or Engineers Australia.
- Proficiency in engineering software packages, AutoCAD, 3D modelling software, and knowledge of programming tools.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
