Business Process Improvement Trainee.
As a Business Process Improvement Trainee, you will be part of a team that analyzes, and changes business processes every day. Your responsibility is to always ask the question of why the day-to-day work of departments is done in a certain way and find options to make it better. As such it is your responsibility to learn about new developments in the market (e.g. PowerApps, AI, automatization etc.) and apply it in your work. In that role you will host workshops and work closely with our departments, trying to not only implement quick wins, but also long-lasting change. Further, in your role as a Business Process Improvement Trainee you will support projects to see the changes analyzed through until the end.
Responsibilities.
Act as a continuous improvement ambassador and actively support the change, promoting and coaching the use of new methods to drive standardization and efficiencies across the organization to drive quick wins.
Provide support to successfully handle workshops to redesign, map, measure and improve business processes end-to-end.
Collaborate with Process Owners to map, standardize, optimize and apply improvements to business processes end-to-end.
Act as a change management agent to overcome barriers to change in implementing redesigned/improved processes.
Actively drive projects to implement new ideas into the business.
Provide support to release new projects.
Provide support to drive trainings to the business.
Qualifications and experience.
Bachelor's degree on Industrial Engineering, Administration, Business or related field.
Experience in Consulting and Project Management (desirable).
Experience with lean and project management methodologies (desirable).
Customer service skills (active listening, problem solving and ethics).
Microsoft Office strong skills (PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
Fluent in English and Spanish language.
Interest to apply Macros and VBA to automate processes.
