Description

We are seeking a skilled professional with 2-4 years experience to join our collaborative studio and work on several academic projects as well as contribute expertise to other projects in our office which include historic preservation, high end residential renovations, and interiors. You will have an opportunity to work independently and help develop creative design solutions; prepare accurate and thorough contract documents in Revit; prepare presentation materials, including renderings; and work with clients, consultants, and contractors. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and a high level of competency for creating a set of contract documents, using Revit, navigating the DOB filing process, and familiarity with zoning.

Following is a summary of our preferred profile for candidates:

• A Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree in the United States or equivalent degree earned in a foreign country
• Background in sustainable design research or studies
• Strong experience with Revit, CAD, rendering softwares, 3D printing, and social media
